Eastbound Construction is a Real Estate Development & Construction consulting firm, specializing in Owner Representation in NY and NJ.

Over the last 15+ years, Eastbound principals have managed over $1.5B in development costs, over 1.2mm square feet of construction, with over 25 projects completed.

With extensive experience in residential and commercial development, our primary role is acting as an extension of ownership and managing the development process from the earliest stages of design / site plans through post-construction. 

Using our experience gained on some of the most complex projects in NYC, from ground-up highrises to Landmarked renovations, and by utilizing proprietary software and cloud-based document storage, we provide owners and developers with all the tools necessary to successfully complete their most important projects.
