Alex Elkin has over 15 years of Real Estate Development & Construction Management experience in the NYC / NJ area, working for some of the most prolific developers and on some of the highest-profile projects. After starting out as a Site Superintendent managing Construction sites, he moved into Project Management where he was responsible for over $1.5B in development projects and built over 1.2M square feet of new construction and over 500,000 square feet in renovations for over 10 years. In that time, Alex oversaw all aspects of Real Estate Development including financing, design, engineering, construction, marketing, and post-construction completion.

Alex brings his unique wealth of knowledge, experience, and resources to each Eastbound project and is personally involved in each project to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of our management.

Alex received his Masters Degree  in Real Estate from NYU and his Bachelors Degree from Yeshiva University.
